Mainly what causes it is stress and high blood pressure. If your kid has over 140/90 you should be cracking down so much on their diets. More awareness has to be given about this its serious shit.

I just had one. Early 40's. Vaxed. Diabetic (controlled). Overweight (6'3", 245, ~25% body fat). Take your pick on risk factors. Looks like I will recover this time. Gonna slim down and hope it doesn't happen again but who the fuck knows.
