People are generally nice and relatively well behaved. They're kind of dirty and spit everywhere, but they're not violent and generally pretty nice. The government is super corrupt and so they don't have power even in the capital city for most nights and rolling blackouts are a super common thing. Also retardedly they've decided on a 15 minute time zone offset from India, so it makes it stupidly hard to immediately remember exactly what time it is in the US or really anywhere.
There's generally a lack of initiative and that's probably why most of the economy is cement blocks, carpets, and then tourism and nicknacks (the lack of consistent power probably doesn't help).
They're not bright, but it's hard for me to see the average being below 80.
