The biggest actual difference between Obama and Trump's policies are that Obama focused almost entirely of removing criminals. Trump, to pump numbers up, has grabbed anyone they can. Regardless if they are at their high school graduation, have been in the country for over 20 years with no record, laid out in a hospital with cancer, etc.
