Trades are even easier to replace than tech, they just went for the tech first because those are in fact the best jobs to have - physically safe, no licensing barriers, high pay. Hatred for tech was pure envy from people who fell for the blue collar meme and destroyed their bodies for less money. You cannot "learn to X" out of this; study whatever you think is cool and fight for a position there if you want one; the fields will be roughly as easy or difficult to get into. Ultimately only throwing the foreigners out and an immigration moratorium will fix the problem, otherwise you're going to see Oranias popping up everywhere surrounded by transplanted Indian/Venezuelan/South African hellscapes.
