However California itself and it's culture isn't close to what it used to be.
It's a weird place now where you have all of the amenities you could imagine, all the outdoor activities you could think of, anything you could ever want to consume just minutes away - what essentially should be paradise somehow manages to feel like hell on Earth.
There is no sould in California and the people there have become cannibalistic in nature.
If they have an opportunity to gain something at your expense they won't hesitate to do it. Nobody in California will hesitate.
I was born and raised there and just left a few months ago. The whole state has become unsettling in the last couple of years.
