>>509470196 (OP)>What're the pros and what're the consI'm vaguely aware of half a dozen things:
-It'll increase the debt by anywhere from 2.9 to 4.9 trillion dollars.
-It'll reduce gdp growth to almost 0% for the next decade.
-It's going to increase taxes for anyone who makes less than ?51k? by about 600 dollars?
-The big one though is the 800 billion cut to Medicaid (the entire public health budget is like 816 billion) which will: immediately drop around 30 million people off of health insurance (mostly children and seniors), completely gut rural health, close 27% of all senior homes in America, and 67%(?) of abortion clinics.
-ICE will go from having a budget of 3.3 billion to 30 billion, with an additional 45 billion for infrastructure/kit.
-There's a 6,000 tax deduction for seniors, but they have to make over 75k to get it.
-There's going to be something like a 4.5 trillion deduction in taxes collected.
-Veterans, orphans, and homeless people, will no longer be eligible for food stamps.
-150billion will be spent, every year, for the next 4 years, on the Golden Dome thing.
You can pick which ones you think think are pros or cons.
