Do you think that the Democrats will get somebody who's going to be extremely hostile to Republicans in a way that we haven't seen before?

Democrats are in huge levers of control from the federal government to college institutions. Who's to say that they aren't going to craft some sinister policy that fucks over Republicans in particular especially since they don't have that kind of institutional power.

I think it's going to happen. They're going to get someone like Gavin Newsom and pass some shit that's going to severely deteriorate the infrastructure that Republicans do have. They could remove tax exempt status from churches they could allocate more green energy projects two purple states taking the money away from red states. They could massively reshift the balance of economic power and democratic strongholds more than they are already. Essentially give the middle of America and other red states the middle finger.

I mean as long as they're more culturally compatible they could probably mask it pretty well.
