Not exactly. Women get their entire ovarian reserve while gestating in the womb. Most women have enough eggs to last them until 50. The cause of 95% of inexplicable infertility in women is problems with the uterus. An obese 25 year old who has been on synthetic estrogen for 10 years and has had multiple abortions is going to be less healthy than a 35 year old who has avoided all of those things. The earlier women start the better because having many kids early can extend a woman's fertility window. My mom went through menopause at 55.
