In fact, historically, if you're living "under rights", that means you've lost your freedom. People who were indentured servants, or sold as slaves, people who were living under a military occupation, or people who had been arrested or detained etc...were all granted rights as per the local government and/or agreements between the local government and their own government.
Even today, if you're arrested in the US, the police tell you your rights, because you are now living under rights, i.e.: not free to move and operate as you please.
So, by their own verbage, they've made us all legally slaves, and we accept it because they tell us we're "free" lol.
