Honestly people would probably have to pay over a million for that property. The asking price to tear it down, then at least two to three times the money to rebuild it from the ground up with modern heated floors, modern central heating/cooling, electrical and ethernet wiring throughout the entire house, modern hvac and energy saving system, modern plumbing and water filtration/boiling/humidifer, energy conserving solar panels, modern garage with EV charging, etc. Actually we'd probably be talking over two million to do everything necessary to make it actually worth it as a "multigenerational home" for the next century. Otherwise why wouldn't people just buy a new build with all those qol features elsewhere for cheaper.
