To be fair, white man doesn't cry about others entering those lands. He cries about other white men letting others in voluntarily. Ultimately it is still entirely about white man vs white man

>stagnate, sell their own people into slavery to foreign lands
>their own people in said foreign lands cause revolutions and civil unrest making said foreign lands inhospitable
>they transform the foreign lands culture and cause civil wars, they use victim complexes, guilt tactics among other shorthanded methods

The only difference between them is level of wit and cunning, but it's no wonder they're always side by side, next to each other
