Not a mild headache or nausea to any degree. It didn't effect me in any way other than my arm being sore for a bit after

Your sperm motility should be maxed out at your age. If your sperm are lazy or not moving it means you did get an mrna gene editing shot.

Anyways, there's a bunch of possible sideeffects to the vaccine, but all of them taper of over time (if you survive them, at least). antibodydependent enhancement (where the vax makes future infections worse) only occur if you get infected within a few months. I think it was ~9 months for biontech? Anyways, that's through for you.
Allergies and overreactions also occur immediately, so also no issue.
Myocarditis (where the vax reaches the heart muscle, makes cells there express the virus spike proteins, and ends up with your immune system destroying parts of your heart, to oversimplify) occurs within a few days, but can stay at subclinical levels. You'd still have felt sick if you'd have had that, though.
The overmortality among young adults was never fully explained (and, in fact, is still denied, despite showing clearly on state oficial data from all countries publishing it - UKs NHS, for example), but it was most likely a combination of the above.

If you really had no sideeffects, you got lucky, and most likely won't have any direct problems from the vax. The stamp in your vaccination passport will mark you as someone too stupid to use the internet, though.

I never got it but I had a coworker who got very sick after taking the first shot. He took the day off (he never takes sick days) and later said he had a bad fever and felt like he had the flu.
