Because they buy enough so they can shoot them off every single other night of the fucking year too.

I live in Spicville, Texas, USA. One thing I have learned over the past ~5 years is that spics don't really need a reason to throw a huge, obnoxious, loud party until 3am on a weekday. They just sort of do it for any reason or even no reason sometimes. Really any opportunity to be as loud and obnoxious as possible is taken.
