American military contractors are going to get paid to develop weapons so we have a military edge against the russians and the chinks. Those weapons will either get stored in a warehouse or sent to israel as 'aid'. The second option gives us the ability to understand if they're any good or not but at the cost of some sandniggers on twitter crying about it. It's an easy choice desu.

The financial cost is nothing compared to the political/diplomatic cost. Israel makes life difficult for US diplomats and keeps blowing up the US' carefully laid plans to establish a NATO style alliance in the Middle East
