Let's go back to Chicago in the 70s when the Gangsta disciples gang was first formed they had another subset known as the devil/Satan disciples they adopted a satanic graffiti, symbols and Sigils from earlier Euro street gangs in Chicago

The devil disciples would later set up base in Memphis because a lot of them were born there

During crack era Memphis gangs were known to kill an enemy than spray paint their gang signs at the scene which would be a bunch of 666, pitchforks, jude stars, crowns, Baphomets, Black Suns (vice Lords), sigils.... etc
