I'm no engineer, but I would definitely call the architect or my boss and ask what the fuck is up with these designs. Did it not get into any of their seven heads that something is wrong? Is this just an extreme case of problematic yeet work culture where you don't question your boss or call out their mistakes? Do they not allow for individual thought or input?
