The no taxes on OT pretty much only applies to poor people, and even then its only a $12,000 tax rebate. You will still have taxes taken out of your check on a weekly basis. If you make more than $150,000 it doesnt apply to you. If you make less than that you should find a trade or a skill that provides a living wage. Less than $150k in 2025 is basically poverty level.

no, you will reduce your aggregated income by 12k and pay regular taxes on the rest. If you are married reduce 25k from combined income.

So if you make 100k and got more than 12k on tips you would pay regular taxes on 88k. Expect to save about 2k for most people
