If you go on the /x/ archives the first time Blue Eisenhower November was ever posted was on December 18, 2017. It was in a response to OP talking about another thread that got deleted in which the OP of that thread was talking about how we live in a simulation and that god created the simulation and us in order to perpetuate himself or something. I don't fully understand it. I don't know why the person responded with blue Eisenhower November, but that's the earliest mention I could find of it anywhere. Blue Eisenhower November has something to do with the simulation, I'm not fully sure what though.

It also has something to do with reincarnation. If you say BEN when you die you can apparently reincarnate at some time in history. People who do this are said to be "looping" or reincarnating. Eisenhower supposedly had a meeting with the greys where they told him to give the 1954 Atoms for Peace speech verbatim.
