Bro I'm tryna get my speed run of India down but I ran into this issue. India should be seperate into different language locations. Will India as a whole enhance ? Fuck no. It's too racist. But will it as individual parts with specialized care enchance then yes. I wouldn't even break it down religiously. I would break it down by language families and remove casting and add like foreign diplomacy- something more anonymous because the systemic racism. But it's huge brother. It's no way you can make 1 person command 1 billion people without understanding the huge state of civil war and don't forget since 1948 it was Bangladesh and Pakistan srilanka too. It was so much larger. It's a non economic system they need. I've been working on finding a way to understand it better for my speed run but damn that Nigga got too many problems.
