I have seen Indian coworkers treat other coworkers like shit for being a different caste/a jeet woman. They will openly do it on calls too if they think only Indians are around. I feel bad for the ones that really do want to adopt western culture, but the crabs in a bucket mentality is extremely strong with them.
Never seen them try it with a non Indian though. They usually avoid conflict and try to go behind non Indians backs to get them fired/moved.
