1/4 cup tofu, cut into strips
2 tbsp onions sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (slurry)
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 tsp sesame oil
Instructions:
In a pot, bring broth to a boil. Add mushrooms, bamboo shoots, and tofu. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in onions sauce, vinegar, chili paste, sugar, and white pepper.
Gradually pour in the cornstarch slurry to thicken the soup, stirring continuously.
Slowly drizzle the beaten egg into the soup, stirring gently to create ribbons.
Remove from heat, add sesame oil, and garnish with green onions. Serve hot!
