When I see a white man or woman covered in revolting tattoos, I say to myself, "There is a white person who is deracinated from his ancestral culture and religious beliefs."

Tribalism is simply a genetic effect, it's built into humans. We cannot help it. The government tries to channel tribalism into healthy sports but at the core of human psychology there will always be an us vs them tribal mentality lurking waiting to emerge when existential conflict arises.

Oriental mysticism is cooler than Christianity for a lot of reasons. Buddhists are chill, except for the Shaolin monks, who are badass Kung-fu masters. The Christian culture in the West has traditionally been kind of gay and preachy. It's a bunch of closeted homo's who touch kids, and a bunch of bitchy karens who want to ban videogames and music. Christians haven't been cool since the Crusades and that's a long time to be whiny cunts. Where is the Christian machismo that storms the holy land and put's Islam to the sword? And tatoos are just a thing. It's whatever. People have been tatooing since at least 5000 years ago and probably way longer than that. It can be cool or it can be cringe. I knew a dude who got his own name tatood on the back of his calf. Everyone who didn't know him and only saw his tatoo in the public, assumed he had a gay boyfriend. Hilariously cringe.
