You seem to have a misunderstanding. White people are capable of some of the highest amounts of violence known to man. But violence is never the first option - but once it becomes the ONLY option, that is when you will see things you wish you never saw.

You also have to understand that the current framework is that Whites are not particularly afraid of outgroups. They are annoyed by them, they see them as a 'randomized' threat - but they are not particularly threatening. However, the state apparatus ran by other Whites to keep them in check, punish them or kill them. That keeps them in enough fear to calm them down. It is only once things become so intolerable or that apparatus falls apart (either through sympathy, incompetence of brown overload) that you'll actually see a resurgence of violence.
