DEI may have fucked Microsoft up, but the decline of Xbox was well on its way years before she joined. Its almost sad, Xbox was trying to adapt to a digital future and then backtracked what would have made it unique almost immediately. Under Phil's tenure, he's done just about everything to please gamers and naturally its not a sustainable model. Xbox is done. This is their last console. The only edge xbox had over PlayStation of gears of war and halo. They failed to make anything new and also destroyed these two franchises. No. Nerds are rarely capable of leadership or making good decisions that affect other people. Gamers are fucking retards and are getting what they want, and have stopped buying the product that did it.
