To spread liberal democratic capitalism, i.e. setting up dictatorships of the bourgeoisie in other countries. It depends on how you define "right". The Anglo thesis is essentially that only the top 10% or so of the population is actually worth anything, so the most just thing you can do is to unconstrain their freedom of action as much as possible, via liberalization of their societies. The communists would argue that this results in the economic exploitation of the remaining 90% of society and is thus unjust.
