they cant predict weather in texas. it is just as likely that they one city will get pissed on and the whole state gets a light drizzle as it is for them to say the whole state will get a light drizzle and one city gets a biblical downpour. Texas fucks their models up every which way and its not something funding would fix. There are consistently crazy thunderstorms that will be barreling in a straight line for hours just to out of no where split in two, like some cartoon shit, and completely go around a city it was about to rekt.

And, anyway, there was a flood warning, and that is an area not just prone to floods but a primary flood zone. absolutely idiotic to send children to camp at such a place without extremely capable outdoorsmen supervising, and Im guessing it was some sort of church retreat staffed by women and sissies.
