Why aren't you taking a nap right now, /pol/? Don't you know by now that napping solves literally everything?

The more we all just say fuck it and lie down for a nap, the less rotten bullshit they do, and the better the world becomes. And when we're done napping, we can get up for awhile, look around and get sick of this rotten world again, and lie right back down for yet another nap.

Yessiree, Bob -- you should definitely be napping

I used to live in VN, where most people just bum around and try their best to do nothing, still, it's one of the most corrupt, oppressive, unfree and low trust societies out there.

I dunno, maybe. I've been a routine 4-6 hours per night sleeper most of my life. I've been sleeping more more the last few weeks, I've been drained.

Take the quadphasic sleep pill.

4 sleeps:
1. 4 hours of sleep at around sundown, except you
* wake for the watch (about 12). you do some kind of work today.
2. 4 hours of finishing sleep, basically resume like usual.
3. also, you take a 20 minute nap most days at around 10 AM
4. and another nap at around 2 PM

What's quad phasic about it, isn't that just getting up at night, and having two naps?

Well, the thing is once you have this habit, you can easily move your 4 hours around.

4,4,nap,nap
becomes
4,nap,4,nap
or any of the other possibilities. Just make sure you get 8 hours and no more.

You can also take quad phasic sleep into another use, where each is 2 hours. Don't do this often, but it's a survival trick when things are difficult. I would say no more than 3 days like this. Then get two full 4 hour sleeps (no more!!!) and always in their approximate quadphasic position.

It's like a 4 leaf clover of sleep.

i like napping uncomfortably. like with loud music on, lights on etc. if i'm tired enough to want a nap i can fall asleep easily under most conditions but making it uncomfortable helps me wake up within 20 minutes.

I can never decide to take a nap. Even if I'm piss tired and have the ability to do so. The only way I'm falling asleep is if it's involuntary. Going to bed at night time is already a chore. Always has been.

checked, I discovered it, thanks to investigations etc. I tried doing a different sleep cycle, but too many people are circadians, so you're stuck, you have to be also. But, you can use this technique to get good sleep and vary it. Like say you have a kid. quad phase sleep is great, the couples just split it up, you take a 20 minute nap at like 6. Then you stay up with the baby until 12, when your wife wakes. You maybe do a little work of some kind. Then sleep 4 hours. You then pick up the other 4 hours either around 10 or around 2 PM. At the other approximate quarter zone you take a 20 minute nap.

It's insanely EASY because we all carry an alarm clock in our pockets.
