It's not just Office, and its not even just the OS itself its the entire IT infrastructure.
The Whites built a company that basically all companies on Earth rely on and everything is built ultimately companies in mind, like you said, not individuals, and everything was designed to be easily managed by IT administration back when it was called "Windows NT for Workgroups" in 1993.

And sure in the olden days the consumer purchases of the OS were a major source of revenue, and from OEM system builders it still is, but they dont actually care about individuals pirating it because nowadays the consumer part is mostly important just because it makes people familiar with the OS so its what they will want to use in their companies too.

The pajeets took over a company with such a monopoly in the market that its hard to even find any comparison in the world. They could have basically just kept Windows 7, the last non jeet-coded system and just done nothing and sit on their thumbs forever and the money would have kept flooding in.

Due to Microsoft being the gold-standard for "too big to fail", it will take years possibly decades of pajeet mismanagement and enshittification for it to fall, its simply too ingrained in everything for corporations to make the switch.

There is nothing inherent to Windows though which couldnt be built on Linux, but that free and user-customizable will never fly in the corporate world.
If someone was to built a paid distribution of Linux, kinda like Enterprise Red Hat is but better and have the ease-of-use and IT admin integration on par with Windows which is not as monumental task as you might think, there could be a contender.
But still even if someone made a superior product, the corporations still wont switch from Windows before the jeets have completely shit the bed to the point it becomes unusable for corporations and makes them lose money.
And for that to not happen, the jeets basically just have to do nothing at all.
