Chris Owens confirmed it in Britain through his Ukrainian source.

There was one video where a 70 year old were mocked by 50 year olds because he was not able to carry a full backpack of military gear due to his weakened strength.

Eventually a 30 year old Russian woman sergeant carried his stuff.
All of them went to front lines in early summer 2025 and it is not known what happened to this group since.

Ukraine said recent 500 fallen Russians were are 50 year olds at minimum.

Russian army recruiters get their quota by finding enough men or women and they are not scored by abilities of the soldiers, only the amount of soldiers counts, thats why recruiters dont care if the soldiers even are able bodied soldiers, there just need to be enough of them. Putin doesnt care either, these are the lines set for army recruiters and they just follow it however they best can.
