Process produces many fuels, some of which is useful like gasoline, and the other less commercial forms can be used to heat the materials to fuel the process. It's self sustaining, produces useful commercial fuels to sell, but just so happens to be dirty as fuck. There's a reason he's wearing goggles and a respirator. And if he's inventing this in a residential backyard as a neighbor I would report it as well, and he would be investigated with drones and helicopters before being arrested.
