Which government agencies are actually "the good guys" in the USA? It seems like all the alphabet agency groups are all bad but is there a singular good one? Which groups are actually legitimately the most evil? I think it would probably be the ATF right? Or maybe CIA?

I thought the CIA was a bit hard to place. I have heard talking heads mention stuff like "Oh, well Mexico and South America are only in bad shape because of non-stop CIA meddling!!!" but a part of me is like, well, if they had their shit together, the CIA wouldn't be able to meddle. Like how is it that a singular government agency(not even a army) are able to meddle with WHOLE countries? Seems like those countries have waaaay more severe problems than just CIA meddling.
