They won't rebel just because things are bad. Europeans lived as starving peasants under fat royal families for millenia. Even if we are only being tossed breadcrumbs, we retain hope and are still too docile to do anything. Our rebellions have all included the above aspects. The Freemason revolutions in France and America, the National Socialist revolution against the Jews, every single revolt and uprising done by European peoples required strong clear leadership and an extreme upper hand. Without those, whites won't fight. Work on those aspects.

Hard to tell. Also, it depends on who and where - profoundly.
In the US? It will be awhile - so long as people are still reasonably comfortable and are not fucked with too hard, they can put up with quite a bit.

There will be a black swan event such as an economic collapse or emp detonated by an enemy nation. Once there is no EBT the non-Whites which mostly live in the urban centers will go berserk.
