Like the title says what are the Political Implications of CSIS and other intelligences agencies using foreign agents to target dissidents?

Because I've been being targeted ever since I posted some pepe the frogs to facebook and a few other politically incorrect posts. The most fucked up part about it is it all started when I tried to better my life and get a legitimate job as an apprentice plumber. I started hearing "voices" but these voices were asking me about my posts of 4chan and what I knew about pizzagate. What the fuck? Then I had some random brown guys in turbans that parked on my way into work at 4am, then I seen them later at my work (1 1/3 hour commute in a different city)
Radar Detector randomly going off full blast while pointed at the sky while "voices" are being "beamed" at me.

This is some sort of electromagnet frequency weapon, possibly related to both Starlinka nd "Rods from god" the american military tech. for some reason the Removal of earswax heavily reduced its effects. This weapon was also used allegedly in Iraq, the soldiers reported hearing voices of allah telling htem to lay down their weapons My guess is that these frequencies are able to be imprinted "on wax" sort of like an older phonagram which can leave an effect lasting for up to a month after contact.
