The 9th panel is obviously a reference to Hel, who was said to have half alive face and half blue face (dead).
The soldiers (state) have come in and taken all the family's goods, making the youth angry and blackpilled.
In his anger, he rejects the comfort of his parents and even rejects the applejuice of life and immortality in order to go his own way.
Since I know this artist is somewhat redpilled, I'm assuming this is an allegory for young white Europeans becoming so blackpilled that they reject making babies and engaging with life, which could continue the race, and so everything dies.
Just a guess.
