China begins construction of new type of Mega Wind Turbine that can power a city own.

Still think those Elon Musk DOGE cuts on wind are worth it?

The footage of that things brakes failing and it cutting itself apart will be so cool. Windmills tearing themselves apart are so kino.

They use "green" energy to reduce their energy imports. To them, having unreliable and largely wasteful green energy is better than having none, and the disastrous ecological fallout of each solar panel, wind turbine, etc makes no difference to them since china has already been ecologically decimated except for the most inaccessible parts of the interior.

Without knowing Jack shit about wind turbines I guarantee there's diminishing returns on how much electricity those gigantic blades will produce before needing to be replaced for maintenance. Given the quality of chinesium it'll break in no time.
I await the webm.

I don't have a horse in this race but per capita it seems to be pretty equal to other countries also you can't disprove that China is phasing out coal by showing that they currently use a lot of coal because phasing out means they are in the process of reducing it not that they currently don't use a lot of it please apply your brain and use some logic.

Their strategy is to postpone the fallout of their terminal domestic problems that have accumulated over centuries, none of which can be rectified. They understand perfectly well 'China' as a habitat is fucked even though they appear incapable of understanding that it's their behaviour which led to its ruin. All this resource extraction from Africa and the oceans etc. is to keep China on life support and build up what parts of it they can so to withstand what comes in the future. Parts of the ship can fall apart and begin to sink, but if their heads are kept above water then they're fine with it.

Meanwhile, they're working to take over Australia and move the elite down here to make a new China altogether. Initially, they wanted to take America but that's blown, so they're shifting priorities to AU/NZ, Australia in particular. And yet Trump is in the perfect position to establish a new Trumpian client state down here but he's too busy fucking around with the Middle East and his precious Jews (or finally killing off the fucking neocons) to wall America off due east and take over the Pacific with us instead of letting it go to China.

If you believe anything coming out of China youre a bigger sucker than you know. I give it a month before it collapses or catches fire. And I guarantee its a one off for purely propaganda reasons. Like their high speed rail that is empty and losing money, or painting dead grass green to show how theyre "transforming" things. China is a communist dictatorship, propaganda is kind of their thing.

Just spam more smaller turbines you stupid fucks.
Make a fucking 'scraper with turbines all the way up the damn thing.
Add fucking weights that get lifted to the top of the damn thing as battery storage. Or pumped hydro, whatever is cheaper.
Bigger != better all the time, limits exist.

What Chinese do is build the but they can’t build the engine. They prop a bunch of empty shells out of boredom or something. I almost guarantee you that thing will not actually function but is just designed on the outside to appear functional. This is how Chinese ship building capacity work is that their excellent at building hulls but they actually do not produce the engines for the ships so what they have is just a bunch of hulls lying around and advertise it as a navy.

And in a long war it would be substantially easier to destroy Chinese engine manufacturing capabilities than to destroy the global chain that is involved with western tech. We’d essentially just neuter your entire production lines since they’re all collectivised and localised. Our production chain is significantly more difficult to lock down since it’s a global supply. The Chinese would essentially have to declare war on the entire world to stop the production while United States would just have to localise the war in Beijing.
