So shortly before Jesus comes back Satan is cast out of heaven, and on Earth Satan gives his power to Antichrist who persecutes Jews, then Christians, then Jesus comes back and cleans house, destroys the Mahdi and Islamic false Jesus (the False prophet) and has Satan bound for 1000 years, then Satan is released, I don't know why but it's what the bible says.
Satan gets lose, deceives most of the world to come against the Saints, God destroys them with fire, and then throws Satan into the eternal lake of fire where the Antichrist/Mahdi and False Prophet/Isa were for the past 1000 years.

i think the real cool move would be to convince satan that his prideful decision to come down to earth with 33 percent of the angels was an error and to form a balanced synthesis where both sides of the diametrically-opposed binary system underlying our reality can live in self-perpetuating harmony

everyone always talks about things in terms of conflict, ignoring the fact that (even in dialectical systems) this just perpetuates the cycle. the real pro move is to perform alchemy on a civilizational scale and end the self-defeating cycle of conflict, in order to progress together

i always think about how tiring it must be to be satan. not one of his deluded servants, necessarily, but the big man himself, someone who sees the whole picture and understands exactly what they're doing.

they must see how it never gets better, they never get closer to achieving anything, the ultimate futility and hollowness of their victory, balanced against the absolute mind-boggling scale of the pain they cause.

i envision someday when satan decides to come in from the cold and come in and start negotiating a solution that works well for everybody, that meets everybody's needs. i don't accept that any destiny is final or any identity is absolute and immutable. i personally think that this paradigm of competition is obsolete and mutually beneficial collaboration is the way forward, and that includes "satan" (iblis, lucifer- remember, he was God's favorite angel- is it crazy to think that he could be again?)
