In America, a leader is usually about as smart if not slightly more so than the nation who voted for him is. Our nation's average IQ is in the double digits, and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize that it's people wants leaders that are on their level of comprehension. Anyone who's too smart or too stupid will never become president unless:
a. The previous guy fucked things up hard enough for the people to be distrusting of him and his political party
