I'm already doing it. Went in for 2 hours to test making a part, cleaned up the shop and came home to work on CNC files to make the part the exact size it needs to be. I was off by about 15 thousandths on 2 faces which is unacceptable. I think it's fixed now.

its nice that he is prideful in his work but in the modern age that time needs to be noterised he must be paid for it inssurance must be observed and a reccord must be kept
