Highest IQ populations: East Asians, Eastern and Northern Europe

What do they all have in common? They, per capita, consume the most fish in the world.

The country with the highest IQ in Africa isn’t an Arab country, it’s Sierra Leone. Sierra Leone has an average IQ of 91, which is the same as Ireland. They also have the highest fish consumption rate in Africa, where everyone else eats bushmeat or goat.

Africa would become Southeast Asia-tier in intelligence if they consumed more fish, but white people insist of feeding them UN grains. Why?

Eritrea and Ethiopia are genetically completely the same, at least insofar as the ancient "Habesha" populations of these two countries, yet Eritrea tests at 85 and Ethiopia at 69.
So one of two things must occur to explain this. Either the colonization of Eritrea, which Ethiopia never experienced, increased Eritrean IQs through the Flynn Effect, i.e. having better access to education and to modern, abstract ideas, or else Ethiopia's non-Habesha populations in the south and east of the country are lower IQ than the Habeshas are and bring the national average down.
If the former is the true explanation, then African IQ has room to expand by quite a bit with modern education and modern, abstract ideas being introduced to the continent.

IQ is relative to education. Countries like Singapore proves this. And I'm sure even France and England had a similar median IQ as the Maghreb 2 centuries ago before public education was established properly. And the Sub-Saharan and Muslim cultures doesn't help as well. You'd see this if you look at Arab nations. They're a bit stunted than Christians and non-religious nations like Japan since ultra-conservative Islam is incompatible with critical thinking. Unless the Arabs decouples academics from religion like Christian Europe did in the Renaissance period, they'd be stuck on that level.
