I don't think Henry Ford had any particular dislike for Muslims so no, I don't see how that would make sense. They have tried to set up other Muslim communities in America around New Jersey and the PNW but none of they really worked out I guess. I'm no particular fan of the blacks or Muslims but from what I've heard islam can be a calming influence on many niggers, it gives them a purpose and moral framework
