Honestly good for them. I hope they can do it and stop trashing everything up and shitting everywhere. But I suppose there is still a long way to go. Because these people don't seem to understand, that this is a cultural problem and not a garbage disposal problem. They think the government needs to solve this, but that is only really part of it. If people don't give a shit about their community and don't individually participate, it will always stay a shit hole.
