This is an important nuance that people tend to overlook when talking about crime stats. Even if a black is 15x more likely (or whatever the number is) than a white to be a violent criminal, he's also 90x more likely to not be a violent criminal than to be a violent criminal. Violent criminals are still the minority everywhere among all groups. For some groups they're just a larger minority than other groups.
