Any wealth above this level is stolen through several types of fraud, all of which require implicit or explicit violence.
The #1 form of fraud is the entire concept of employment. Employment is sold as a mutual exchange of value for value, i.e the worker sells labor and gets the value of its labor. But in reality, the worker gets much less. This is openly accepted as "the motivation" to hire.
