PHILADELPHIA - Three people are dead and 9 others are hurt following the second mass shooting in Philadelphia over the Fourth of July holiday weekend.

Investigators believe the shooting happened when a crowd of more than 40 people had gathered outside on Etting Street around 1 a.m.

A 19-year-old man, a 23-year-old man, and a 24-year-old man were killed in the shooting. Nine others, including a 15-year-old, were hurt.
