>but, muh industrialization, muh lazinessThe industrial revolution was from like 1750-1830. We’ve been industrialized for a long time. Our very recent ancestors did not work strenuous jobs, nor go to the gym, yet everyone was still skinny. Ask yourself what changed. It’s the food. At no point before in history did people eat so much oil, refined sugar, and other poisons.
Blaming insufficient exercise is exactly what “food” megacorporations have been paying “science” to tell us for decades because it puts the blame on the consumer and takes it off of them. Need proof? We have a shitload of obese 6 month old babies now because they are being fed shitty formula full of seed oils and sugar. You think a 6 month old is obese because it’s not getting enough exercise? They can’t even walk and are just starting to learn to crawl around then. They may not even know how to fucking sit at that point. There is no deficiency of exercise for a 6 month old.
