My take is that not much will change. You often see here americans making threads about how legalising prostitution would solve the incel problem. They don't even acknowledge that often in the other parts of the world prostitution is legal and yet the incel problem persists. The point is that what makes incel an incel is not a lack of sex but lack of intimacy. Neither prostitution nor sex robots offer enough intimacy to make a lonely man feel loved for just a moment. The fact that the robot will be able to hold a conversation won't change much. We might use assistants for daily house chores but they won't replace a wife or even a girlfriend that hates you.

I don't know to what extent are these problems ingrained in our nature and to what extent in our culture. All I can say that all the positive effects of the legalisation you mentioned haven't occurred here. The bar for women has been going down constantly, while for men it's the opposite. There are plenty of men simping for whale-sized single women, sometimes even they happen to be mothers of niglets, while more and more men comply with their inceldom. I guess it's because only a small fraction of men actually decides to use the hooker services.
