Keeping up with inflation and providing what it was implemented to provide would be around $45/hr today. Keeping up with what boomers had in their prime it should be $33.25/hr. Obviously implementing either of those would cause 90% of businesses to close overnight, but it does show how much we've been jewed over the years.
