Heaven/Hell are states of separation from God not concrete physical locations. This is understood by everyone but protestants. Karmic debt presupposes a relatively easily understandable, ordered system to an afterlife which is likely more complicated than humans can comprehend.

And belief in Jesus having died for your sins is only required within the Baptist Christian and catholic sects of faith, one can turn to the Koran, as the Muslim faith believes Jesus was indeed a messenger but that Mohammed came after him, or you could be a Jehova’s witness, who believe Jesus was an imposter. Then there’s Judaism, they too don’t believe in Jesus’s teachings.
