A Ukrainian operative was involved with J6th, and a Ukrainian trained shooter tried to kill the USA President (golf course attempt.)

The Bridge was probably taken out by the Russians. The "ukrainian" could have been their guy. Note what other incidents happened around the same time and you'll see why. Russians and Chinese would have been very familiar with the fragile soft target that could easily block a major harbor. A point was made.
