Post-ww2. Whites didn't want to work to rebuild their countries so they looked to their (former) colonies for the workforce. Windrush immigrants from the Carribbean propped up the NHS. Indian immigrants filled the foundries and factories.

Within 2 generations these immigrants outpaced "whites" who had a millennia of a headstart but were too stupid to notice the jews draining their countries.
